ENII is represented and directed by a President, an Executive Manager, School Coordinator and up to 9 Board Members belonging to different ENII institutes appointed by the School Board on a rotation basis.

The School is organized annually by two or three Scientific co-organizers (rotating among the Board Members) the Executive Manager, Erica Lomnes and School Coordinator, Barbora Fricova.
The ENII School is presently held in Sardinia, at Hotel Carlos V, Alghero.
