By pre-registering you will receive updates regarding the 2024 fees and registration reminder. 
Registration will open on January 15th, 2024 and close on March 1st, or when the quota is met. 
2024 fees are not yet finalised but the 2023 fees are given below for a general idea: 

  • Early Registration Fee Academic/non-profit: 700 euro

  • Early Registration Fee Non-Academic (industry): 1100 euro


  • Hotel fees (7 nights, including taxes and breakfast, lunch & dinner) PER PERSON:

  • Triple room: 826 euro (per person)

  • Double room: 942 euro (per person)

  • Single room: 1288

Hotel reservations are made at the time of registration through the group booking. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
